PCB Laser Marking Machine – High-Precision Traceability Solution
Our PCB laser marking machine is designed for permanent, high-contrast marking on printed circuit boards, PCB arrays, FPC, and metal-core PCBs. It supports marking of QR codes, 1D/2D barcodes, date codes, lot numbers, serial numbers, and logos to meet modern SMT traceability requirements.
Available with UV, CO₂, or fiber laser source, the machine can be adapted to different solder mask colors (green, white, black, blue) and surface materials (copper, gold, tin). UV laser is particularly suitable for soft boards and high-precision marking due to its cold processing characteristics.
The system features CCD vision positioning for accurate mark placement, an auto-focus function, and user-friendly software that supports automatic barcode generation, data import, and MES system connectivity. Both in-line and benchtop models are available to fit different production line layouts.
With marking speed up to 200mm/s and repeatability accuracy of ±0.02mm, our PCB laser marking machine ensures reliable and efficient operation for electronics manufacturers.
