Available with UV, CO₂, Green or fiber laser sources for each head, the system supports different solder mask colors and surface materials on the top and bottom sides independently. Integrated CCD vision cameras on both sides ensure accurate positioning, while the synchronized software controls marking parameters, data linking, and MES communication.
